The V.F.W. 12th District, Department of Louisiana Honor Guard will conduct military graveside honors at the Hill Crest Memorial Park. The Rosary will be 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, 1997 and the family will receive visitors from 4-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Remedies was native fo Zwolle, LA. and had lived in Bossier Parish the past 38 years where he practiced his trade as a Carpenter. He was a member of the VFW and St. Jude Catholic Church, and a US Navy veteran of WW II. Survivors include his wife: Mrs. Emma Lee Remedies of Benton, LA., 4 daughters: Mrs. Bettie Joan Brown and husband, Gerald of Franklin, TN., Ms. Patsy Delores Remedies of Benton, LA., Mrs. Mary Yvonne Gravesen and husband, Wayne of Bossier City, LA., Ms. Veronica Jean Remedies of Benton, LA., 5 sons: Robert Charles Remedies of Benton, LA., James Ronald Remedies and wife, Sandra of Benton, LA., Theodore Lane Remedies and wife, Adrienne of Bossier City, LA., Michael Leo Remedies and wife, Cassandra of Benton, LA, 2 sisters, 3 brothers, 21 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
