Died, at his residence in this parish, on the 16th instant, ROBERT T. 

STINSON; aged about 65 years. 



Thus has passed away from a life of usefulness an old and esteemed citizen, 

true friend, affectionate husband and kind father.  We knew him intimately 

and well - at home with his family and friends, and around the campfire as 

mess-mate and soldier.  Truth, honor, and integrity were his natural 

instincts.  Sympathetic, kind and generous - ever ready to sacrifice self to 

oblige others - it is but natural that he should have won the hearts of those 

with whom he was associated in daily intercourse.  BOB STINSON is dead!  In a 

ripe old age gone along the lonesome journey, tottering with feeble step
