The above referenced Miriam Ellen Dupre Pate was the daughter of Samuel G. Dupre and Virginia T. Rudder Dupre former residents 
of Caddo Parish, La.  Virginia T. Rudder was the daughter of John H. Rudder who lived in Caddo Parish from just before 1850 to his 
death in 1868.

L. T. Pate of  Delta Co. and Miriam Dupre of Delta Co. on the 30th Dec. 1880 at home by Judge Widener. Witnesses:  Family and 
Kindred. 

2.  Births L.  T. Pate was born, 4th of July 1859, Died Oct. 9, 1931. Miriam E. Pate (nee Dupre) was born 3rd October 1864.*  Died
Jan. 7, 1933. Dovie H. Pate was born Nov. 15, 1881. Thomas S. Pate was born  15 Feb. 1883. Oscar L. Pate was born 2nd Mar. 1885.
Lovie May Pate was born 13 Jan. 1890. Wm. Dolphus Pate was born 16 Mar. 1894. Milton O. Pate was born 22 Feb. 1896. Mirtie I. Pate
was born June 10, 1898. 

3. Marriages  Samuel G Dupree and Virginia T. Rudder were married Nov. 29, 1860. John J. Martin and Dovie M. Pate were married Oct. 17, 1898.

4. Deaths S. G. Dupre departed this life 16 Jan. 1897. V. T. Dupre, wife of S. G. Dupre, departed this life July 14, 1912.

*Notes:  Any of the above events that took place prior to 1875 took place in Caddo Parish, LA..
