     Tutorship of Sallie C. and Joseph W. Baldwin, children of W. O. Baldwin, deceased, and
his wife, Mary Baldwin.  The widow, Mary Baldwin, married a Skinner and resided in Lowndes Co.,
Alabama.   Joseph W. Baldwin says he is the nearest relative here and asks to be named tutor of the minors.
