Notice of Dissolution - The copartnership heretofore existing under the name of EDWARDS &
HOLMES	 is this day dissolved by the sale of our interest to James R. ARNOLD, who is authorized 
to use the firm name in liquidation.  Peyton F. EDWARDS, BURWELL A. HOLMES.  Shreveport, 
May 16, 1873.
     Notice - Having purchased the interest of Peyton F. EDWARDS and Burwell A. HOLMES, I
shall continue a general grocery business at the old stand, No. 11 Levee Street, where I will sell, 
only for cash, as cheap as such goods can be bought in the city.  I acquire and will pay all debts
due by the late firm of EDWARDS & HOLMES and all debts due the same must be paid to me.
