     Obituary - The Shreveport Journal, January 16, 1949, Deaths, Mrs. Warren Alfred.  Funeral 
services for Mrs. Lizzie Alfred, 76 who died at her home in Keithville at 11 p. m. Wednesday will 
be held Friday at 3 p. m. at the Providence Baptist Church at Spring Ridge with the Rev. Mr. Green, 
Pastor, officiating.  Interment will be in the church cemetery under direction of Rose-Neath Funeral
Home.  The body will remain at the chapel unitl hour for services.
     Active pallbearers will be Reginald Teer, S. Stacey, Norman Hudson, T. J. Hollingsworth, J. C. Williams,
and Jack Hall.  Mrs. Alfred who had been a resident of Keithville for the past 35 years is survivied by her 
husband, Warren Alfred; three sons, J. B. and F. F. Alfred, Shreveport, and J. F. Alfred, Dallas, Texas;
one daughter, Mrs. Roy Collum, Sr. of Greenwood.
