CLEO JEANETTE BENEFIELD

Funeral services for Cleo Jeanette Benefield, 69, of Noble, La., will be 2p.m., Wednesday, 
December 2, 1998 at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel in Haynesville.  Burial will be in New 
Ramah Cemetery. Mrs. Benefield died Sunday, November 29, 1998 in Columbia County,
Arkansas.  She was born in Emerson, Ark.She is survived by her husband, Harvey Joe
Benefield (they would have celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversay on December 24th); 
one son, Joe Ray Benefield of Huntsville, TX; two daughters, Bonnie Benefield Robert of
 Lafayette, LA and Betty Jo Haller of Mobile, AL; mother, Pauline Mayfield of Emerson, 
AR; three brothers, Garland Mayfield of Slidell, LA, Dick Mayfield of Lufkin, TX; three sisters, 
Trixie Scott of Lafayette, Margaret Fulton of Minden and Judy Hudman of Waldo; nine
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter,
Janice Guidry and a son, Jeffery Benefield.
