"MRS. ADA CAUSEY SUCCUMBS AT 71; SERVICES THURSDAY"

Mrs. Ada Dora Causey, a longtime resident here, died Tuesday at 5:13 a.m. in 
Heritage Manor Nursing Home after a long illness.  She was 71.

A native of Claiborne Parish, Mrs. Causey had lived in Shreveport for the 
last 48 years.  She resided at 1409 Grigsby St.

Funeral services will be conducted in Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel at 11:30 
a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. J. M. Cason, pastor of Glad Tidings Assembly of 
God Church, officiating.  Burial will be in Hurricane Cemetery near Athens.

Mrs. Causey is survived by three sons, Randell Causey, Sherwood E. Causey and 
Louie G. Causey, all of Shreveport; three daughters, Mrs. Edna G. Shelton of 
Shreveport and Mrs. Nina Ardahl and Mrs. Jeanette Walker, both of Mobridge, 
S.D.; four brothers, Leon Davidson and Joe Davidson, both of Athens, and Burl 
Davidson and Collier Davidson, both of Bossier City; three sisters, Mrs. 
Beatrice Feazel and Mrs. Lorene Sewell, both of Athens, and Mrs. Eva Feazel 
of Shreveport; 17 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jerry H. Davidson, Claude Davidson, Jr., T. L. Davidson, 
Gene Webb, Charles Feazel, and Jack Causey.
