Shreveport, La.- Funeral services for Daniel Hornsby, 26, will be 

held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2002 at Rose-Neath's Southside

Chapel. Interment will follow at Centuries Memorial Park.



The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday,

April 16, 2002 at the funeral home.



Daniel, a native and lifelong resident of Shreveport, La., passed 

away Sunday, April 14, 2002 in Shreveport, La.



He is survived by his wife, Brandy Hornsby; one son, Jacob Hornsby;

one daughter, Jordan Hornsby, all of Shreveport, La.; mother, 

Deborah Evans of Elm Grove, La.; father, KerryHornsby of 

Shreveport, La.; maternal grandparents, Willis and Catherine 

Hawkins of Ringgold, La., paternal grandmother, Inez Hornsby 

of Mansfield, La.; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
