DICKEY Vivian, June 17 (Special)--Funeral services for Forrest L. Dickey, 22, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Hanner Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jack Arwin officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery. He was killed Tuesday near Minden when he was shot on a picket line at a construction site. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Dickey of Oil City; four brothers, Raymond Dickey of Chicago, ILL., J.B. Dickey of Mooringsport and Billie Dickey and Tom Dickey Jr., of Shreveport; and two sisters, Mrs. Virginia Gilland of Detroit, Mich., and Linda Dickey of Oil City.
