The Shreveport Times 29 Oct 1926

Mrs. A. J. Lacy, 78 years old, of Keatchie, died Thursday
morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Samuel Chatwin, 1506 Marshall Street. 
Funeral services will be from Mrs. Chatwin's residence Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock, 
The Rev W. H. Sims, Pastor of the Highland Baptist Church will officiate. Interment 
will be in the Keatchie Cemetery, under the direction of the Roll Osborne and 
Son Funeral Home. Mrs. Lacy is survived by three daughters, Mrs. L. J. Zanderer, of Fresno, Cal., 
Mrs. Samuel Chatwin and Mrs. William Grafton, of Shreveport; two sons, Wells G. Lacy of 
Shreveport and Cleveland Lacy of Keatchie; one sister Mrs. J T. Rushing of Shreveport;
one brother J. M. Wells of Rockport, Texas, and six grandchildren, Eloise Edwards of Fresno Ca.,
Mrs Harold Brinkley of Gloster and Sam Basil, Edwin, Catherine and Barbara Belle Chatwin, of Shreveport.
