Saturday from injuries suffered in an automobile wreck last Sunday afternoon will be held from the Osborne funeral home chapel at 11 a. m. today. She was a graduate of the 1946 Byrd high school graduating class and was enrolled for the fall term at the Texas State College for Women at Denton, Texas. Surviving her are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. k. R. Phillips, of 652 Stevenson street; one brother, Richard Phillips; six uncles, W. H. Phillips, Leon J. Phillips, Howard Spann and Will Spann, all of Shreveport, and Charles and Albert Phillips of Los Angeles; and one aunt, Mrs. Albert Pickett of Chicago. Pallbearers will be john G. Phillips, George W. Dykeman, j. I. Menefee, Dr. Fred Gray, Ford E. Stinson and W. C. Yancey. Services will be conducted by Revs. D. L. Dykes, W. Rayburn Porter and T. C. Tennell. Burial will be in Forest Park cemetery.
