Mrs. Johnson Succumbs Here:  Mrs. Lula Belle Byas Johnson, 73 of 1611 Pierre 
Ave., a lifelong resident of the Shreveport-Bossier City area and a Baptist, 
died in Bossier City General Hospital at 9:23am Saturday after a long 
illness.  Funeral services will be held at 2:30pm Tuesday in the Shreveport 
chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Greenwood 
Cemetery.  Surviving are her husband James A. Johnson, Sr. of Shreveport; two 
sons, James A. Johnson, Jr., also of Shreveport, and Walter Allen Fletcher of 
Houston, Texas; a sister, Jessie Mae Byas of Bossier City; six grandchildren 
and six great grandchildren.
