Mrs. Kingston was retired from the Commissary. Visitation will be held at Greater Hope Baptist Church on Fri., Oct. 23, 1998 from 6 until 8 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24, 1998 at the church. Officiating will be Rev. Leonard Jones. Interment will follow at Round Grove Cemetery. She leaves to cherish her memory four daughters, Laverne Smith Lane (Robert), Dorothy Houston, Dallas, TX, Ester Kingston, Bobie Scott, Shreveport; three sons, Henry Kingston, Dallas, TX, Larry Kingston, Tommie Kingston, Shreveport; mother, Mable Smith; sister, Clara Kennon; brother, Leroy Smith, Jr.; 21 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren, and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews and friends. Specal thanks to Home Health Care Nurse Shay Moses and Ada Lowe of Willis-Knighton, Dr. Jorge Martinez and Dr. Raj Handhi.
