DEACON S. T. MINOR

Deacon S. T. Minor succumbed to a long term illness Wednesday, Oct. 21, 
1998, at 7:25 p.m. at Schumpert Sisters of Mercy Hospital.

He was 84 years of age.  A lifetime resident of Shreveport, Mr. Minor 
was a loving husband, father and grandfather whose life was devoted to 
his family.

Funreal services will be held at Morningstar Baptist Church Saturday, 
Oct. 24, 1998 1 p.m.  The church is located at 5340 Jewella Ave.

He is mourned by his wife of 50 years, Gwendolyn Jenkins Minor, their 
four childredn, Stephen Tyrone Minor, Donald R. Minor, Jacquee Minor and 
Victor E. Minor; granddaughter Kimberly Nichole Minor, and a host of 
cousins, neices and nephews.
