LAVERNE MARIE PERRY nee WILLIAMS


Funeral services for Laverne Marie Perry, 70, will be held at 11 a.m.,

Thursday, November 12, 1998 at Middletown Baptist Church, 1818 West Main

Road, Middletown, RI.  Interment will be in Middletown Cemetery,

Middletown, RI.

     

Mrs. Perry died November 8, 1998 at 91 Alley Road, Rochester, MA.  She was

born February 27, 1928 in Pelican, LA, and resided at 13 Harbor Village

Drive, Apt. #2, Middletown, RI.  She was a homemaker and a communicant of

Middletown Baptist Church where she sang in the church choir and attended

Bible study.  She enjoyed cooking, gardening and sewing.

     

She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. William O. Williams; mother

Emma Langford Williams, nee Emma Langford Rosenal.

     

Survivors include her husband, Louis A. Perry; son, Kenneth R. Perry,

Niagara Falls, NY; daughter, Ann Marie Perry, Rochester, MA; daughter,

Patricia Moton Chretien, Rochester, MA; daughter, Cheryl Lampman, Memphis,

TN; brother, Bill Williams, Phoenix, AZ; sister, Louis Penfield, Leesville,

LA; nine grandchildren.
