MR. SHELTON REESE

Services for Mr. Shelton Reese, 60, will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct.
24, 1998 at the Pine Grove Baptist Church in Saline, LA.  Rev. C. Jerry
Martin officiating.  Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetary, Saline, LA.

Body will lie state at Pine Grove Baptist Church only.

Mr. Reese died Thursday, Oct. 22, 1998 at his residence.  He was a native
of Castor, LA and a retired school bus driver with the Bienville Parish
School System.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Elaine Maxwell Reese.

Survivors include parents, Elvin and Arlie Belle Reese of Saline, LA; two
sons, Terald Ronnell Reese and Stacy Shannon Reese both of Saline, LA;
daughter, Candice DeAnna Reese McCarthy of Castor, LA; three grandchildren,
Nicholas Shelton Reese, Sonni Nichole Reese and Justin Cole McCarthy; a
very special friend, Arlene Shockley of Saline, LA; three sisters, Virene
Bedgood of Goldonna, LA, Erline Holtzclaw of Saline, LA, and Sherril Reese
of Castor, LA; two brothers, E. A. Reese of Coushatta, LA and Duane Reese
of Campti, LA.
