JACOB LEE RIVERS

Services for Jacob Lee Rivers, 12, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 
2, 1998 at St. Joseph Catholic Church.  Officiating will be Monsignor 
Earl Provenza, Father David Richter, Father Patrick Scully and Father 
Peter Pulivelil.  Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.

Jacob Lee Rivers died Oct. 31, 1998 at 2:45 p.m. at Schumpert Medical 
Center.

He is survived y his parents, Henry and Carla Rivers; two younger 
brothers, Lance Rivers and Nolan Rivers; grandparents, Sam A. River, Jr. 
and wife Henrietta and G. J. "Pie" Martinez and wife Gatha; great 
grandparents, G. L. Martinez and Sam A. Rivers, Sr.; god parents, Clark 
and Paula Rivers, all of Zqolle, LA and a host of friends and loved 
ones.

Pallbearers will be Donald Ebarb, Gary Lee, Danny Ebarb, Kenneth Walker, 
Rodney Rivers and Alan Roberts.
