MR. ELMORE ROCHELLE, Nov. 1, 1973

Elmore Rochelle, 66, of Gilliam, died Thursday, Nov. 1 in Shreveport following a long
illness.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 3 at 2 p.m. in the McGuire Funeral Home
with the Rev. Dan Serenil officiating, assisted by the Rev. Coward.  Burial was in Mt. 
Gilead Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Billy Ray Rochelle of Pittsburgh, Pa.; a daughter,
Mrs. Charles Buckellew of Helena, Ark.; four grandchildren; two sister, Mrs. N. I. Owens
of Omaha, Neb., and Mrs. Harold Gunn of Rosciusko, Miss.; two brothers, Odell Rochelle
of Shreveport and Frank Rochelle of Leesville.


Note: His wife's name was Mattie Ruth Chumley.
