T.D. Isom will officiate. Burial: Chapelwood Memorial Garden. Mr. Dickey died Wednesday July 6, 1988, at L.S.U. Medical Center in Shreveport after a long illness. He was born January 9, 1906, in Arkansas County, Ark and had been a resident of Oil City for 40 years. Mr. Dickey was a carpenter. He was a member of the Oil City Church of Christ. He is survived by three sons, Thomas N. Dickey, Jr. of Shreveport, La, J.B. Dickey of Shreveport, Billy Dickey of O'Brien, Fla; two daughters Virginia Gilliland of Indiantown, Fla and Linda Cmdovic (Cmkovic) of Shreveport, La; two sisters, Bertha Hicks of Wintergarden, Fla. and Birdie Shell of Pensacola, Fla; 17 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
