Shreveport, LA. A private graveside service will be held for Callie Ewing 
Wright, 90, Saturday, March 12, 2005.  Officiating will be the Rev. Guido F. 
Verbeck, III.  Mrs. Wright was born September 2, 1914 in Chatham, LA, and 
passed away Thursday, March 10, 2005, at Willis-Knighton Pierremont. She was a 
member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.  Mrs. Wright retired as a fourth grade 
teacher with Arthur Circle Elementary School after many years of service.  She 
was a resident of Live Oak Retirement Center for 20 years.  Her husband, 
Morris Wright, preceded her in death.  Survivors are numerous nieces and 
nephews.  Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Marshall St. Chapel, 222-0348.


Additional Comments:
Callie was the daughter of William Oliver EWING Sr and Maudie 
Caladonia "Callie" MAY. She married Morris S. WRIGHT.
