PRICILLA NEAL WILLIAMS

Services for Priscilla Neal Williams, 95, will be held at 10 a.m., 
Friday, Oct. 23, 1998 at Rose-Neath's Minden Chapel.  Officiating will 
be Dr. Ed Thomas.  Burial will be in Old Castor Cemetary, Castor, LA.

The family will receive friends Thursday, Oct. 22, 1998 from 5 p.m. to 7 
p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Williams died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 1998 at Live Oak Retirement Center, 
Shreveport.  She was born in Castor, LA, was a former resident of 
Minden, LA and resided in Shreveport for the past four years.  Mrs. 
Williams was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist 
Church of Minden where she was active in the UMW.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lory W. Williams.

Survivors incllude two daughters, Anna W. Goodwill and husband, Marion 
J. of Shreveport, LA, Mary W. Gleason and husband, David E. of 
Shreveport, LA, frou grandchildredn, William J. Goodwill, Shreveport, 
LA, Michael A. Goodwill, Shreveport, LA, Robert D. Gleason, Little Rock, 
AR and Juliana Gleason Donohue, Houston, TX; five great-grandchildren, 
Daniel Lewis Goodwill, Caroline Goodwill, Cody Robert Gleason, Mary 
Katherine Gleason, and Matthew Conner Gleason.

Pallbearers will be grandchildren and nephews, with Rupert Krouse 
serving as honorary pallbearer.
