Wm. F.  Lyle, Crown Point - Wm. F. Lyle was born in St. Landry parish,
Louisiana, 1848.  He came to Calcasieu parish just after th close of the war,
and has since been engaged in planting at this place. Mr. Lyle's parents were
natives of Virginia and Louisiana respectively.  His father
removed toLouisiana early in life, and became a prosperous farmer.
Wm. F. Lyle is united in marriage with Miss Clendenan.  He isa stanch Democrat,
though he never takes and active part in polical affairs.
