A. J. PERKINS, M. D., LAKE CHARLes.-Dr. Perkinsa  was educated at Southwest
University, Georgetown, Texas, graduating 1886. The same year of his graduation
he matriculated in the medical class of Tulane University, and in
1888 received his degree. He immediately afterward located at Lake Charles, and
has since practised his profession at this place. Dr. Perkins is the present
coronor of Calcasieu parish.
He was united in marriage, 1889, with Miss Pearl Snyder, of Georgetown, Texas.
They are the parents of one son, Val Reece. The Doctor is a member of the
Knights of Pythias organization of this place.
