Typed by Margaret Rentrop Moore ARSINE P. PUJO, LAKE CHARLES.- A. P. Pujo was born in Calcasieu parish, December 18, 1861. He is the son of Paul and Eloise L. (LeBleu) Pujo; the former a native of France, and the latter of Calcasieu parish, Louisiana, of French parentage. Paul Pujo came to Louisiana in 1840. The subject of this sketch is the third in a family of four children. He received his education in the common schools of Lake Charles. He read law under Judge G. A. Fournet at Lake Charles, and was admitted to practice December 3, 1888. He has since that time practised his profession in this place, having recently formed a partnership with Judge G. A. Fournet. Mr. Pujo is a promising young attorney. He has already succeeded in building up a large practice and bids fair to become one of the leading attorneys of his section. Mr. Pujo was married, December 18, 1889, to Miss Gussie, daughter of Dr. S.M. Brown, of Texas.
