H. Morgan, of the County of Liberty, State of Texas, for and consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration to us in hand paid by Otis Lee Hudson, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey unto the said Otis Lee Hudson of the County of Harris, State of Mississippi, all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the Parish of Calcasieu, State of Louisiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Being an undivided two acre interest in and to that certain undivided community interest in the Southwest one quarter of the northwest one quarter of Section Seven, Township Nine south, Range Eleven West, Louisiana Meridian, said two acres to be out of and a part of that certain undivided community interest in and to said above described tract of land as conveyed to Mrs. Dovey Morgan by Mrs. Sarah Angeline Robertson by deed dated the 16th day of September A.D. 1929, to which deed and the record thereof further reference is herein made for a more complete description. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described undivided interest in said premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging unto the said Otis Lee Hudson, his heirs and assigns forever, and we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND, all and singular the said premises unto the said Otis Lee Hudson, his heirs and assigns against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. Section 30 and Act No. 212 of the General Assembly of the year 1920). ******************************************************************************* LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, OTIS LEE HUDSON, residing at Route 2, Box 258, Biloxi, Second Judicial District, Harrison County, Mississippi, being over the age of 21 years and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made. ITEM I: I direct that all of my just debts, all expenses of my last illness, all funeral and burial expenses, the cost of administration of my estate and all taxes be paid as soon as practicable after my death out of the principal of my residuary estate. ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal and mixed, of whatever kind and wheresoever located to my wife, FLORENCE G. HUDSON, to have and to hold as her property absolutely. ITEM III: If my wife, FLORENCE G. HUDSON, and I should die in a common accident or disaster, or under such circumstances that it is doubtful which of us died first, then all the provisions of this Will shall take effect in like manner as if my wife had survived me. ITEM IV: If my wife, FLORENCE G. HUDSON, does not survive me, then I give, devise, and bequeath all my property, real, personal or mixed, of whatever kind and wheresoever located to my daughter, FLORENCE MARIE MORAN, Biloxi, Mississippi. ITEM V: I hereby appoint my wife, FLORENCE G. HUDSON, as sole Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament to serve without bond. In the event that my wife is unable for any reason to serve as Executrix, then I appoint my daughter, FLORENCE MARIE MORAN, as sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed, published and declared this instrument as my Last Will and Testament in said County and State, this the 13th day of August, 1980.
