Whereas on Dec. 30, 1869 J.B. Kirkman sold to W.H. Kirkman the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 
5 - 10 - 8 and other lands as per deed in Book "C" page 209 and whereas said 
act was not authentic, now this is to ratify and confirm the same.
