Probate No. 410, Succession of Cecelia C. Whitney, deceased wife of Wm. H. 
Kirkman.  She died sometime since.  Estate opened Jan 22, 1880, number and 
list of heirs, 7 minors; Nancy; Emily M; Wm. H.; Ellen I; Rosalie E; Ida B; 
and Joseph T. Kirkman, and one major, Mary F. Kirkman.  Inventory made Feb 16, 
1880, SW 1/4 NE 1/4 5 - 10-8, appraised at $100.00 and July 15, 1880, Block 30 
in SW 1/4 NE 1/4 5 - 10 -, and other lands.  And in Kirkman Addition, interest 
of Suc. being 1/2.  Natural tutor Wm. H. Kirkman - Under tutor John. G. Gray.  
Family meeting held 3/31/80 and 6/10/86 and recommened that property be sold 
to effect a partition and settlement of succession.  Homologated 4/1/80 and 
6/10/86.  Order of sale June 10, 1886.  Sale made July 19, 1886.

DR. William H. Kirkman, for self and as Tutor for his minors, Emily Medora, 
William Harrison; Ellen Isabella; Rosa Eleanor; Ida Bertha and Francis Joseph 
Kirkman, by authority of family meeting, also appeared Mrs. Mary Francis Gray, 
born Kirkman, wife of John G. Gray, Auth.
