act for the uses and purposes therein expressed.

Know all Men by These presents:

That I       Frank Belile          of the Parish of Calcasieu, State of
Louisiana, for and in consideration of the sum of         One Thousand     
$1000.00.        Dollars to       me      in hand paid by      Mrs. Livonia
Peters  authorised herein by  her Husband.  Walter L. Peters purchasing with her 
own parephernal Funds and under her own control and management         have
GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL  and CONVEY,
with full subrogation to all of       my       rights and actions of warranty
against all former owners and vendors, unto the said        Mrs. Livonia Peters  
         of the Parish of Calcasieu, and State of Louisiana, all that certain
lot or parcel of land situate in the          parish of Calcasieu, and discribed
as follows to wit - 
the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter and north half of the northeast
quarter of the southeast quarter of section Eleven in township # ten south Range
Thirteen west, La Mer-

And    I    , the said vendor    , do declare on oath that when     I   ,
acquire to the title to the herein described property      was      married but
once and then to        Elizabeth Belile born Mahaffey;      with whom      I am 
   now living, and there being no change in the community existing under the
law.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD  the above described premises, together with all and
singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the
said purchaser    and to       her     heirs and assigns forever; and      I     
do hereby bind      my    heirs, executors and adminstrators, to WARRANT AND
FOREVER DEFEND,  all and singular, the said premises unto the said       Mrs.
Levonia Peters    and her        heirs and assigns, against any person whomsover
lawfully claining or to claim the same or any part thereof.

WITNESS   my hand at      Vinton        Louisiana, in the presence of       
Robert Hamilton       and      W.  H.   Canter       lawful witnesses,    on
this     4th       day of       May      Anno Domini,    One Thousand Nine
Hundred and Fourteen        (1914).
