Rigmaiden: And whereas, the said act of sale, or deed, from James J. Rigmaiden to James Clooney is not found of record and the same having been lost and cannot now be found: Now therefore, in consideration of the premises and in order to cover the hiatus in title, I, James J. Rigmaiden, do by these presents grant, convey and qutciam unto and in favor of the said Mrs. Flora Mitchell, any and all right, title, interest and demant of any nature .....
