Mrs. Huval died Thursday, Aug. 7,1997, in a local hospital. A native of Centerville and a longtime resident of Lake Charles, she was a member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic. She was the former owner and operator of Pines Theater of Maplewood. Survivors include one son, Loyd James Huval Jr. of Kenner, two daughters, Mrs Leo (Gwen) Harlan of Newman, Ga. and Mrs Lynn (Billie) Miller of Lake Charles; one brother , Kemper bourg of Gainsville Fl.; four sisters, Mrs Barbara Dowden of Westlake, Mrs Virgie Hickman and Mrs. Patricia Harrell, both of Lake Charles, and Mrs. Joice Cason of Dallas; 14 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. Mr. Hyatt died at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, Jan.1, 1997, in the DeRidder hospital. He was a retired heavy equipment operator. Survivors are one son, Edmond G. Hyatt of Longville; one sister, Mrs. Helen Ecoff of Webster Groves, Mo.; three grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
