W.H. Boren Rites Held in Alexandria

Funeral services for W.H. Boren were conducted at the home of his son 
Edwin Boren, 114 Cook Avenue, Alexandria, La., Thursday, June 1, Dr. 
Charles Shiver, pastor of Calvary Baptist church, Alexandria, 
officiating. Burial was at Greenwood Cemetery with the Hixson Funeral 
home in charge. Pallbearers were C. L. Carter, E. E. Clark, O.A. Nosh, 
Captain Edgar H. Boren, W.A. Mertin, and LeRoy Brewer.
