Cole Funeral To Be Held in DeQuincy DEQUINCY, La. (Spt.) ¨C Funeral services for J.S. Cole, 77, who died in the DeQuincy hospital Tuesday night, were to be held Wednesday afternoon at the First Baptist church. Officiating minister was to be the Rev. W.E. Hallen, pastor. Burial was to be in Creel cemetery at Bell, La., with Snider funeral home in charge. Pallbearers were to be six of Mr. Cole¡¯s nephews. Mr. Cole, a retired timberman, had been a resident of DeQuincy for 23 years. He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Mrs. H.L. Mack of DeQuincy; one son, W.O. Cole of DeQuincy; one sister, Mrs. Annie Reeves of Reeves, La.; two brothers, Noche Cole of LeBlanc, La., and John Cole of Bell, and two grandchildren.
