Obit: Rose Marie Dubard 
 
BELL CITY — Funeral services for Rose Marie (Trahan) Dubard, 81, of Holmwood, 
will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, from St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
 
The Rev. Albert Borel will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery 
under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles.
 
Visitation is 2-10 p.m. today, with a rosary at 7 p.m.
 
Mrs. Dubard died Monday, Oct. 29, 2001.
 
She was a native Lowery and a longtime resident of Holmwood. She retired as a seamstress 
for J.C. Penney after 10 years. She was a member of the Holmwood Rosary Group and the 
Bell City Ladies Altar Society. She was a lay minister. She was a member of 
St. John Vianney Catholic Church. 
 
Survivors include one son, Terry Dubard of Iowa, La.; two daughters, Gale LaBato of 
Lake Charles and Charlene Breaux of Hayes; seven grandchildren; and four 
great-grandchildren.
