The Rev. Charles Willis will officiate. Burial will be in Creel Memorial Gardens in Bel. Visitation will be from 5-10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. Friday. Mrs. Files died Friday in Freeport, Bahamas. A native of Lake Charles, she had lived in Ragley a number of years. She worked for the state Department of Health and Human Resources, was a retired insurance agent, and was a past worthy matron of Order of Eastern Star Magnolia Lodge. Survivors are her husband, one son, Ronald D. Trouard of Lake Charles; three stepsons, James Files Jr. of Youngville, John Dewayne Files of Columbia and Michael Lee Files of San Diego, Calif; her mother, Mrs. David (Katherine M.) Cole of Ragley, and four grandchildren.
