Funeral services for Allen Fontenot, 82, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, 
in Hixson Funeral Home.

Msgr. Irving DeBlanc will officiate.  Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. today, Jan. 22, with a rosary at 7 p.m.

Mr. Fontenot died at 3:30 a.m.  Tuesday, January 21, 1992 in Lake Charles.

A native of Mamou, he had lived in Lake Charles most of his life and was a 
World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Navy.  He was a member of VFW Post 
2130, Carpenters Local 953 and Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Bobbie Lee Reynolds, and one brother, Maxine 
Fontenot, both of Lake Charles.
