LOFASO - Funeral services for Mrs. Josephine Lofaso Gunn, 93, of 3001 Warren 
St. will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 22,  from Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic 
Church.The Rev. Don Piraro will officiate.  Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery 
under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. 
today, Sept. 21, in the funeral home.Mrs. Gunn died at 12:08 a.m. Monday in her 
residence.  A native of False River, she had lived in the Lake Charles area 76 
years.  She worked at the Lake Charles Air Base during World War II and was a 
member of St. Margaret Catholic Church.  

Survivors are two sons, Frank A. And Sam M. Lofaso; three daughters, 
Mary Fazzio, Connie Lofaso and Rose Cooper; two sisters, Frances Bonventre, 
all of Lake Charles, and Jennie Anzelone of New Orleans; 11 grandchildren 
and 23 great-grandchildren.  If they wish, friends may make memorial contributions 
to St. Patrick Hospice Program, the family said. Source:  Lake Charles
