Amber ¡°Nikki¡± Lundquist

Amber ¡°Nikki¡± Crochet Lundquist, 27, of Lake Charles, died Friday, Feb. 2, 
2007, in her residence. 

Nikki was born in Lake Charles and was raised in Ragley. She was a graduate of 
Barbe High School. 

Nikki was a confirmed Catholic and attended St. Theodore Catholic Church, where 
she was involved in the youth group.

She was a wonderful woman and loving wife and had a beautiful, kind and loving 
spirit. She supported her husband¡¯s career in the Marine Corps.

She is survived by her loving husband, Clifford Alan Lundquist Jr. of Lake 
Charles; a sister, Shontesa Crochet Hine and husband Timothy of Lake Charles; 
her father, Larry Dean Crochet and wife Karen of Lake Charles; her mother, 
Joyce Craft McCray and husband Dale of Denison, Texas; her paternal 
grandmother, Edith Crochet of Lake Charles; and numerous aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Lawrence Crochet; 
maternal grandparents, Mace and Sophie Craft; and her brother, Jared Dean 
Crochet.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5, from St. Theodore Catholic Church. 
Monsignor Charles Dubois will officiate. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery in 
Ragley under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation is 11 a.m.-10 
p.m. Sunday, with a Scripture service and rosary being held at 6 p.m., in the 
funeral home. Visitation will continue from 9 a.m. Monday in the church. Words
