DIED.
Michel-At her residence of West Lake Charles, La., Mrs. Valerien Michel, born 
Ledoux, aged about 30 years, a native of this parish.

This was my 2nd great aunt, her name was Josephine Ledoux, she married my 
2nd great grandfather's (Adrian Michel) brother, Valerien Michel on 
January 10, 1866, in Orange County, Texas. This is the oldest obituary 
I have. I have been looking for the Cemetery she is buried in however I fear 
it is probably unmarked. I believe but no proof that this is herparents, the 
Josephe is most likely should be Josephine.
