SIDNEY D. NOLAN SR.      SULPHUR  Funeral services for Sidney David Nolan 
Sr., 80, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday Dec. 13, in Maplewood United Methodist 
Church.  Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. in Oberlin Cemetery under 
direction of Hixson Funeral Home.  The Rev. Howard Childs will officiate.  
Mr. Nolan died Monday, Dec. 10, 1990, in his residence.   He retired from 
Cities Service in 1975 after 32 years of service and was a member of the 
United Methodist Church.   Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ruth Nolan; one son, 
Sidney David Nolan Jr. of Corvallis, Ore.; one daughter, Francis Warren of 
San Diego, Calif.; tow sisters, Mrs. A. D. St. Romain of Harvey and Mrs. 
John Eggleston of Port Sulphur, three grand-children and four 
great-grand-children.   If friends wish, donations may be made to the 
Maplewood United Methodist Church, the family said.
