Winfred Spell Funeral Services Set for Today
 
Funeral services for Winfred Spell, 39, of Lake Charles, who died Friday  (14 
Nov 1958) afternoon in Jackson, where he had been visiting, were set for 2  
p.m. today at Hixson funeral home here. Rev. E. P. Wilkins was to officiate at  
the services and burial was to be in Graceland Cemetery.
 
A pipefitter, Mr. Spell was a native of Indian Bayou, and a veteran of  World 
War II.
 
Survivors include two sons, David and W. C. Spell of Lake Charles; two  
daughters, Mrs. Betty Jean and Miss Kathy Spell, both of Basile; one brother,  
Donnie Spell of Lake Charles, a half-brother, Carl Foreman of Lake Charles, and  
four sisters, Mrs. Hazel Simon of Rayne, Mrs. S. J. Keller of Basile, Mrs.  
Julian Spell and Mrs. Nolie Ezell, both of Lake Charles.
