Catholic services will be held at the Hixson funeral home sometime Sunday followed by burial in Orange Grove cemetery. Arrangements were incomplete today. Born in New Iberia on January 30, 1889, Mr. Trouard worked for Louisiana State Rice Milling Company for about ten years until ill health forced his retirement about a year ago. About 20 years ago he operated Cloverland dairy near here. He was a member of St. HubertĄ¯s Catholic chapel in Goosport and lived on Opelousas road. Survivors, all of Lake Charles, include his wife, Mrs. Bernadette Trouard; three daughters, Mrs. Jessie Burrows, Mrs. H.C. Hebert and Miss. Dolores Trouard, who is a student at SW Louisiana Institute in Lafayette; one son, J.J. Trouard; one brother, James Trouard, and one sister, Mrs. C. Shexnayder.
