Mrs. Louise Trouard

Mrs. Louise Trouard, 74, of 3718 Opelousas St., died at 5:25 a.m. today (June 
9) in a local nursing home.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday from St. Hubert Catholic Church.  
Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery under direction of Hixon Funeral Home.

A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel.

Mrs. Trouard was a native of New Iberia and had lived here for 56 years.

She was the wife of Jimmie Trouard, who died two months ago.

Survivors are one son, Clifford Trouard and four daughters, Mrs. Bill 
Carpenter, Mrs. Mildred Bodin, Mrs. Lillian Deshotel and Mrs. H.T. Chapman, all 
of Lake Charles; two sisters, Mrs. Lovenia Theriot and Mrs. Sedonia Hebert, and 
one brother, Edwin Toups, all of New Iberia; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-
grandchildren.
