Mrs. Thelma C. Veatch

Funeral services for Mrs. Thelma Cole ¡°Sister¡± Veatch, 74, will be at 2 p.m. 
Friday, Oct. 15, in Creel Memorial Chapel in Bel.

 Burial will be in Creel Cemetery under direction of Hixson Funeral Home  

The body will be moved to the church at 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Mrs. Veatch died at 10:36 a.m. Wednesday in a Lake Charles hospital.

A native of Ragley, she had lived here for the last 18 years, moving from 
Houston where she had lived for 40 years.

Survivors include a son, Huey C. Perkins of Ragley; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Vesta 
Eidman of Houston; two brothers, Leo Cole of Lake Charles and David M. Cole of 
Ragley; a sister, Mrs. Lucille Mouhot of Ragley, and three grandchildren.
