DERIDDER-Funeral services for William Edward Wiliams of San Diego, Calif.,  
were to be at 2 p.m. today (Dec 31) in the Hopewell Methodist Church. The Rev.  
Louis Milam was to officiate. 
 
Mr. Williams died at his home in San Diego Sunday *(28 Dec 1969). 
 
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Martha Williams; three sons, Eddie Williams of  
Vidor, Tex., and Reginal and Roger Williams, both of Pitkin; one daughter, 
Mrs.  Melba *(Nelva) Jean Nassar of Lake Charles; his mother, Mrs. L. J. Williams 
of  Pitkin; one step-son, Harold Bell of Belflower, Calif. Also, three 
brothers,  Louis and Ernest Williams, both of Pitkin, and Allen Williams of Port 
Arthur,  Tex; three sisters, Mrs. Fannie Houston and Mrs. Annie Morrow, both of 
Pitkin,  and Mrs. Lorraine Miller of Port Neches, Tex.
