gastralgia (acute) of 12 days. W. C. Hays attended deceased from Oct 5,
1911 to Oct 7, 1911 and last saw him alive on Oct 6, 1911. Buried Thomas
G. Y [graveyard], Oct 7, 1911 by Smith & Shorter. Informant: Butler
