Sam Cossrossia, male, white, married, born Italy, aged 28y, saw mills
man. Father: Tony Abolla[?] born Italy. Mother: Beya Cuburia[?] born
Italy. Died Nov 3, 1911, 412 Blake St., Lake Charles, Calcasieu Parish,
La., Burned to death. W. L. Fisher, coroner, signed certificate. [This
may be her parents   see #118  as they had written both people on this
one certificate. Mrs. Bena Cossrossia is very faint at top. The writing
is very faint in places and overwritten in others.] [Calcasieu, 1911,
