deceased from Jun 6, 1911 to Jun 18, 1911, and last saw him alive on Jun
18, 1911. Resided Lake Charles 5 months, in state 13 years. Former
resident of Jennings, La. Buried Jun 20, 1911. Informant: W. C. Dimar of
