Mother: Harriette Winfree born Orange, Tx. Died Aug 18, 1911, outside
city limits, Ward 3, Calcasieu Parish, La., from Tuberculosis of 3y 5m
21d, and exposure. L. M. Col... attended deceased from Sep 15, 1909 to
May 25, 1911 and last saw him alive on Jun 21, 1911. Buried Mansfield
