Lake Charles, Calcasieu Parish, La., from whooping Cough. W. T. Fisher
attended the deceased from Aug 1, 1911 to Aug 18, 1911 and last saw him
alive on Aug 14, 1911. Buried Catholic Cemetery, Aug 18, 1911.
